Details:

Remove bolt on existing sheave washer from secondary clutch and remove stock. Kit is now ready to be used. Screw t-handle into any of the four threaded holes. Arctic cat belt removal kit fits sled skit includes: one adjuster sheave washer, o-ring,one t-handle this kit only fits with diamond drive aftermarket washer replaces part number 0648-762replaces existing shown in picture above.

Place shims on new adjuster sheave washer and replace-ring. Do not screw the handle all way in, just enough to loosen belt for easy removal. New o-ring supplied with kit insert adjuster sheave washer into secondary clutch. One time only installation.

Replace stock bolt and torque to spec. When finish remove t-handle and adjust belt to slack. T-handle will hold clutch open for removal and replacement of belt.

Remove o-ring and shims.
