Thats the actual truth. Still was a hassle to return wait for funds to be credited. BTW I found same item they shipped not for $75 but for $31 cheaper from another vendor. Instead of a price match for the inconvenience they had me take the trip to ship back 11-26-23

  5. Great product at a great price. Shipped super fast in the factory packaging which was a good thing because Mia-handling by th shipping company had punctured 4 of the 5 layers of cardboard. But all was well with the cases. So glad Black Hills Moto was still carrying this case. Its much better quality than the newer ones made from bent aluminum and plastic corners. Very glad I could still get this one from BHM. 11-07-23
